HOM question/problem - Guild Wars Forums

Hi guys

I've been away since 2009 before i left i deleted my main toon which had all my titles and almost filled my HOM with him.

The problem begins here, i came back now after all these years and i read i shouldnt lose my trophies etc inside the HOM even if i deleted a toon it should still be there.

So I quickly made a sin leveled him fast to 10 then went EOTN to access my HOM, to my horror i found the hall empty (it was on account view) the only trophy i had was eternal saviour of the luxons, i got a tapestry off gwen added it to resilence monument to make further observations on whats been saved and found it to not display any of my armors.

I already sent a support ticket for this but whilst they take their time to respond just wondering if this has happened to anyone else before me?

Have you tried entering your name into the HoM website
and seeing if your things are still shown there?

Also, are you sure that your main had put all those items into the hall? If you did not put those items/titles into the hall, then they will not be saved.

I cant use that site as i deleted my character so the name thing wont work.

I had an almost full HOM when i left i had full fellowships/resilence monuments and almost full mini pets / destroyer weapons

For some strange reason it shows the eternal saviour of the luxons statue only.

it will. it's account based.

The HoM online is account based, so though you deleted your character you had all this stuff on, if you enter the name for another character on your account it will show all the items you have currently unlocked. I would double check that and see if the online site shows discrepancies between what you see in your HoM in game.

Well guys i just used that website for a char i created....shows none of my statues i achieved save for the eternal saviour of luxons............why on earth would they retain that title for me and not the other ones? considering its one of the most annoying titles to grind...
